Help us build our plastic recycling machines

Hello! We are Eden and Antoine, and several other students at UWC Pearson College, Victoria BC.
We decided to build a plastic recycling factory within our campus, to reduce our production of plastic. We will also collect plastic from beaches in greater Victoria, and we will recycle it on site.
The project will be assisted by “Precious Plastic," an established organization already working with hundreds of stakeholders worldwide in an effort to combat plastics pollution. We will be using various recycling methods, such as the shredding-melting-molding process, with the help of Precious Plastic machines.
The items produced from our recycled plastics will be donated to Pearson College or sold in support of other fundraising activities on campus.
The only way for us to obtain these machines is to build them thanks to the instructions given by Precious Plastic. And here is where we need your help!! The money will be used to create the molds and purchased the material.
We will build 2 machines: a Shredder and a Compression Machine and the sum of their costs is around $2000 CAD.
We hope to get the funds before the beginning of the next school year, so we will be able to start the year with our machines ready!
This is a project that means a lot to us because we are very attached to nature and find terrible to see the state in which our environment is. Our Generation has to address this challenge and for this WE NEED YOU
