Torres Family Affected by Fire

On Monday October 9th, Cesar Torres and his family had to evacuate their home due to the Tubbs fire in Santa Rosa, CA. They only had time to take a few of their belongings. When they returned, their home was gone and they were completely devastated. They lost everything inside their home. Cesar and his younger brother both grew up here and created memories in this home.
