Adele was diagnosed with cancer last year and continues to undergo aggressive treatment with amazing spirit and determination. We all know someone battling with cancer and know the physical, emotional, psychological and financial impact this has on a person.
Adele’s only daughter and her first baby grandson live in Australia. Coping with cancer is a tough journey and a time when family is support is so important,
The aim of this fund is to support Adele in a practical way and ease the financial burden be it travel expenses, car repairs or for a time just peace of mind.
Adele will be known to many of you in Clare, Cork and West Cork, where she now lives. She has worked as an Art Therapist/Community Development Worker for many years. Adele is a giver and a doer, not only to her local and the wider community, but also to her friends in Clare, Cork, West Cork and women’s camp.
