Legalize cannabis in Mississippi.
1.) Industrial cannabis has over 25,000 uses according to Popular Mechanic magazine.
2.) Medical cannabis has been shown to stop cancer growth, heal pstd veterans, help with alzheimers disease and many other useful purposes.
3.) Recreational cannabis is less harmful than cigarettes, alcohol and opiates. It can actually help opiate addicts kick their addiction.
4.) Cannabis has been around for thousand of years and has been prescribed for at least 34 ailments.
5.) We want to bring a 6.75 billion dollar cannabis industry to the state of Mississippi.
6.) We are fighting an uphill battle and need as much support as we can get.
7.) Colorado has recreational cannabis and there is no widespread panic or mass chaos occurring.
8.) Prohibition doesn't work never has and never will. The same direction is occurring with cannabis that occurred with alcohol. Legalization, regulation and taxation.
This is an uphill battle in the state of Mississippi. We are known for being last in everything. Why can't we be the first in something for a change? Must we keep shooting ourselves in the foot.
We need funds to promote the legalization of cannabis in Mississippi. The funds would be used for advertising in print, radio, t.v. and internet marketing. The funds would be used for promotional material such as t-shirts and caps. If we raise enough we will be able to hire staff to expidite orders.
This is a grass roots movement and we need some momentum that money could provide.
We would be open to outside investors who would want to establish a cannabis business in Mississippi after legalization.
I am a 59 year old chronic pain sufferer. I have a disc in my neck herniated with extreme pain in my shoulders and I have L-5 fusing together in my lower back which results in stenosis into my legs and feet. My pain doctor told me to change the law and that's what I intend on doing. I don't like the steroid shots and the opiates. The pain doctors prescribe you pain killers which you may overdose and lose your life. Nobody has ever overdosed on cannabis and it is proving to be just as effective in chronic pain management.
Please have mercy on the pain riddled and anxious population. We need legal cannabis to relieve a lot of pain and suffering. Any donation is welcomed.
61% of Americans believe cannabis should be legal. In a true democracy that is a majority.
