Rockys leg surgery

Rocky’s leg was damaged while running in a field when I ex had him. I got Rocky back hurt It has been over a month and I have exhausted all loan options which I do not qualify for.  

he needs the surgery before he starts having problems with his other leg

from what I understand it’s knee/tendon that is completely torn so he has no use of this one leg. He is still full of energy and is hard to keep a 100 lb dog calm he needs to loose some weight and is on a diet!!

I put the total of his surgery. I hope I can a loan for a partial amount.
