Help save our family home

My GrandDad bought this home for my mom when I was 7 yrs old. My brother, Barry, was brought home from the hospital to this house. He has lived here his whole life. Many of you know he has been caring for our mom for a few years. She was on a fixed income monthly due to her disability. After Gram passed, things financially got tough for all with funeral expenses and etc. The house has been a home for anyone who needed one for over 35 years. My mom gave people a roof over their head because of her big heart. The taxes have been a burden the last few years and she was taking steps for making payments right before she went into a 30 day hospital stay just before Christmas. Our mom was making progress but God had other plans and she suddenly passed away Sunday evening, this has been a shock to us all. It is difficult to ask for help but we are asking in lieu of flowers please consider helping us raise money to save the home so my brother can remain in the home without these additional worries.
