Help teddy get surgery

Teddy was attacked by another dog when he was out walking he ripped the inside of Teddy’s mouth he won’t stop bleeding we took him to the veterinarian specialty hospital they want to charge 1500 to put in under and stitch him up please he’s my son my friend anything will help
