Update on Spencer's recovery journey

     It has now been a month since I first started this campaign. I have traveled from Casper to Rochester Minnesota to be seen at the Mayo Clinic, back to Casper for about 36 hours and then to Texas where I have been recovering. In all I have been gone seven weeks and will have travels 3700 miles.
     I have gone through a lot in this past seven weeks. An eight hour brain surgery to extract a tumor, two night stay in ICU, three nights in the hospital after that and five more days in a hotel in Rochester Minnesota for check up appointments. In all I spent a little over two weeks in Rochester seeking treatment. And I will have to return in November for a check up and radiation treatments.
     The Craniopharyngioma was about a quarter in size and lodged into to my optic nerve. The doctor had to take some of my optic nerve out and leave about 5% of the tumor in my optic nerve to save as much vision as he could although this has left me with a 50% field cut in my left eye and 70% vision in my right with a light to moderate haze depending on the day.
     The blessing that have been given and those to come have and will aide in helping pay for medical expenses, pay for medications, medical items for my apartment, and travel expenses to and from Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. I am grateful for all that has been and will be donated to help out.
