10/01/2018: Malayalee Association of Tampa - MAT has donated 12 Lakhs (Rs. 12,00,000) Indian Rupees to Kerala Chief Minister's Distress Fund. Thank you once again to all your generous contributions and helping hands in this situation and to get help to those who are struggling.

09/12/2018: Thank you one again for all your support. Donation under here have closed. We have tried to do some negotiations with gofundme on their fees and being unsuccessful on that. We are currently in the process of transferring money formalities from gofundme to Kerala CM Relief Fund. Please stay tuned for further updates.
8/27/2018: Thank You all for your generous contributions towards Kerala Flood Devastation and extending your generous helping hands towards those who have affected in Kerala.
Malayalee Association of Tampa - MAT has conducted committee meeting and decided to send collected Kerala Flood Relief money to Kerala Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Kerala is currently facing a huge task of rehabilitation and this money would help them recover.
The Last date to submit any more contributions is August 30, 2018.

8/20/2018: Kerala got some respite from rain on Monday but the state faces the huge task of rehabilitation. 215 deaths have been reported and a total of 6,33,010 people are staying in 2,971 relief camps.(The times of India).
8/18/2018: Kerala continues to remain on edge as the death toll from the fresh onslaught of rain and floods has climbed to 194, according to the control room of the State Disaster Management. Over 3.14 lakh people have been moved to relief camps across the state as the state is facing its worst flood in 100 years with dams opened and all rivers in spate.

Malayalee Association of Tampa - MAT has initiated this fund Raising program to help Kerala Flood Disaster Relief. MAT is a non-Profit charitable organization with 501(c)3 status for tax exemption. Please continue to contribute to help Kerala and pray for those who struggle...
One of the reasons MAT was formed was to give back to the community through its Charity Wing. MAT not only served its resident community but also did not forget where its members came from, the State of Kerala.
While Kerala continues to reel under floods, we believe it is our core responsibility to help those who are suffering...
