In case you hadn't heard on the news http://www.kxly.com/news/local-news/employee-shot-during-armed-robbery-at-north-spokane-pot-shop/660486345 , Julia was shot the night Nov 21st, 2017 while working at Starbuds, a marijuana dispensary, during a burglary incident.
The shot went clean through her right arm without hitting bones or major arteries. She is very lucky to be alive will be on bed rest for awhile. It has left us in a financial bind with only one of us able to work.
People keep asking if we need anything and to be honest the thing we need the most is financial support while Julia heals. I am not sure how fast the recovery process will take but anything helps at this point.
Doctors still have not gone through any operations but there are talks of having her travel to Seattle to be operated on.
These funds will go to ongoing travel expenses to and from Seattle, basic necessities for the next 3 months as she recovers, as well as future legal fees as we look into legal representation for the trauma this has caused us.
We will keep you updated as she progresses. Keep us in your prayers and thank you to everyone helping us out.

to allow firearms at grow houses and dispensaries so this does not happen to anyone else.
