Mary Thorpe's Recovery

Donation protected
Mary Thorpe, a dear friend and co-worker, desperately needs our help. She has been hospitalized for over a month and is facing an unknown future of recovery and rehabilitation, as well as growing medical expenses. In October of 2017, doctors performed brain surgery to remove a tumor that was obstructing the optical nerve and her hearing. The tumor was removed successfully, however, doctors soon realized that Mary was very ill. She had developed a rare and very serious condition known as Aplastic Anemia. It occurs when your body stops producing enough new blood cells. It leaves you feeling fatigued and with a higher risk of infections and uncontrolled bleeding. This diagnosis has left her unable to return to work for an indefinite period of time.  With the "unknown" future of Mary's recovery, we have set up this account to help her with the extended hospitalizations, medical expenses, and other costs that may be incurred. Remember that every dollar donated will help make sure that she can concentrate on her recovery, and not on the expenses of the treatment.  All donations, no matter how small, are greatly appreciated.  Many small donations add up quickly.  Please help us in helping Mary and her family. Feel free to share this post, so that we may help her reach this goal quickly. Thanks in advance for your help!
