Wu Fam Hurricane Harvey Fundraising

Hello, 
My name is Celanie Peng and I am campaigning for the Wu Family in Houston, Texas.  My best friend, Danica Wu and her family have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey. I met Danica 4 years ago at a summer camp called TAF (Taiwanese American Foundation). Despite the fact that we only get to see each other once a year, she has always been there for me and has always been my closest friend, regardless of how many miles we are set apart.  
While I understand that Harvey may have ended weeks ago, the Wu Family has been unable to start reconstruction to their home because they are not covered by insurace. Harvey destroyed Danica's house with at least 3 feet of flooding. Not only was their house flooded really badly, their house remained in a flooded state for 2 weeks. Both cars were submerged and many personal items were destroyed. As a result, their house is no longer able to accomodate the Wu Family, and they are currently staying in an apartment as they try to fix their house. As I have stated earlier, the Wu Family is having difficulty collecting the funds needed to started reconstruction since their insurance does not cover for them. All reconstruction costs will be paid out of their own pocket. 
To clear any confusion, all proceeds donated on this campaign will go directly to the Wu Family (specifically Shyh-Huei Jang, Danica's mom). I only run and update the campaign. 
Myself and the Wu Family will greatly appreciate any donation, please help the Wu Family rebuild their house and get them back on their feet. I encourage you to donate not only to the Wu Family but to the other many campaigns and organizations as there are still many people in need. Thank you.
