<div>Dear friends and colleagues,

</div>

<div>We are reaching out to rally around the family of one of our own, Jake Bogdanich, a dedicated team member at BICO Drilling Tools. Jake’s family is dealing with his untimely passing and can use any help possible to get through this time of grief and struggle and they could use our support now more than ever.

</div>

<div>Jake was always a hard-working, kind-hearted, and dependable colleague, always there to lend a hand and offer a smile. As his family faces this challenging chapter in life, we want to show them that we’re here for them—just as Jake’s always been there for us.

</div>

<div>We’ve set up this GoFundMe campaign to help ease the financial burden on Jake’s family. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in helping them through this tough time. The funds will go towards funeral expenses, day-to-day needs, and any unforeseen costs they may face in the coming weeks and months.

</div>

<div>Please consider contributing and sharing this campaign with others who may want to help. Together, we can offer Jake’s family the support they need to get through this.

<div>Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness.
