Help me back on track

I have been in and out of the hospital since November 2016 with peripheral artery disease it has come to the point were last month i had to have my left leg amputated. Which alone is a struggle but afer one of my surgeries in April my right leg became somewhat paralyzed making everything more difficult throuhh all of this and working to get put on disability I have gotten behind on many things most importantly rent that is my biggest concern.  The city has has helped with this a few times and my work and civic organizations have been here for us but still owe approximately $4000.00 in rent working hard on getting everthing for help that i can but it's slow and the landlord neefs his money also. If anyone can help i would most certainly appreciate it.
