Debbie Foushee has always been kind, loving, giving and snarky. :) She's made a huge difference in her community, always giving more than she receives and works very hard in her salon, trying to stay afloat through the shut down of 2020.
In March 2021, she was diagnosed with a HER2 aggressive breast cancer out of the blue to conquer. This means that she will go through chemo and treatments that will leave her with no hair, (which for a hair dresser is pretty new), lose parts of her body, have low energy and a generally feeling like someone hit her with a hammer...
Debbie imagines that she will work through as much as possible because showing up after decades of making other people beautiful in her salon is such a huge priority, but ALSO because she needs money. She would never ask you, so we're coming together as a community to make it happen for her.
Because we love Debbie.
Because she deserves our support.
And because she needs to be able to sit down, feel loved and heal.
