Our dear friend, percussionist Geraldo de Oliveira was in a tragic car accident on August 28, in which he suffered severe head trauma and the loss of his left eye. After spending 4 weeks in the hospital, he is now home and continuing his recovery. With his wife Roberta taking time off work to assist with his recovery, the strain is physical, emotional, and financial.
