Medical Fund for Guy Molnar

After following Guy’s health struggles over the last few months, I know the stress this has put on him. The lingering questions of *what exactly is going on in his body along with the stress that comes from having to miss work at a new job in order to pursue testing and just the overall frustration of just not feeling himself takes an obvious toll.

After months of ongoing tests, Guy was finally diagnosed as having a Pheochromocytoma (or "pheo" as its commonly referred.)

Even though there is some relief in the answer to the *what it is question, it now means appointments with an endocrinologist in Grand Rapids, as well as further scans and imaging (also in Grand Rapids) and ultimately surgery.

I know that this brings a huge financial burden with it: missed work days, co-pays, gas money to and from, etc.

Which brings me here.

I simply cannot watch someone who I love and care about bear this burden alone. I’m hoping some of you might also be thinking and feeling the same way.

Medical expenses add up quickly. Each time Guy has an MRI or scan, it basically adds another $1,000 to these medical bills. With an illness that brings with it persistent or episodic high blood pressure, the last thing that's needed is added stress.

My goal here is to help alleviate the stress of these medical bills. My hope is that other friends will join in to add what they can.

All money collected will go directly to Guy to cover his existing medical bills as well as helping to cover associated expenses with his surgery and recovery.

It is the season of giving and I can think of no better gift than peace of mind.
