<div>In the first place, this campaign aimed to raise money to be used to rebuild our hope in life again: to rebuild the house of my family soon when the ceasefire takes place, but it seems that this non-ending war continues violently, now they need only to survive , to buy clothes, food, sanitary needs, medical supplies, medications (since my parents and my brother, are people with chronic diseases), and to evacuate safely from Gaza.

<div>My father worked as a teacher all his lifetime, and my mother dedicated herself to supporting him and worked as a teacher as well together to build our lovely family house.

<div>This house was built with love and was bombed by this war, and its memories are gone now forever.

<div>This is just a single story from hundreds of thousands here inside Gaza.
</div>

<div>I am here to share the critical aspects of my campaign and the meaning behind my call for support, a detail that underscores the dire situation that members of my family currently face. The funds we seek are not just for food or blanket aid; we have a specific, lifesaving purpose for 4 adults (my brother Basil and his wife Rania, my father, my mother, and 5 children (4 boys and one girl: Aaser, Mohamed, Moayed, Kareem, and Nour). To bring each one out of the darkness of Gaza, away from the ongoing violence and to the safety they desperately need and deserve, it will cost 5,000 USD per person. The amount is not just a figure, it is a lifeline. The price of passage from peril to peace. This multigenerational family’s journey from their war-torn home to a place of safety is fraught with obstacles. The cost covers complex logistics and necessary arrangements to ensure their safe exit from Gaza, a region that has been their home, their history, but now their prison.

<div>Before few days, I had the chance to speak with my 14-year-old nephew, Mohamed. He is very close to me among my nephews and nieces, he used to regularly text and call me. His voice was sad as he expressed his depression, exhaustion, missing school, and his strong desire for an end to this ongoing nightmare. This breaks my heart.

<div>This urgency to evacuate is extreme a chance to offer my family a path to safety, to rest, to rebuild. The $5,000 per person we aim to raise is a testament to our collective will to make a tangible difference and to stand against the tide of despair with actions that speak of compassion, solidarity, and hope.

<div>في ليله التاسع من اكتوبر 2023 في مدينتي غزة امرنا جيش الاحتلال هاتفيا بضروره اخلاء البيوت فورا لانه سيقوم بعمليات صعبه في المنطقه فخرجنا على عجل هائمين على وجوهنا لا نعرف الى اين نذهب وسط الصراخ الاطفال والنساء وعنف القصف هنا وهناك واوينا الى بعض المعارف دون ان نحمل معنا سوى بعض من اوراقنا الثبوتيه وبعض المال حيث كان الاعتقاد باننا سرعان ما نعود لمنازلنا. لقد فقدنا كل ما نملك من اموال ومجوهرات واثاث وبيوت حيث علمنا من الصحافه ان القصف في حينا السكني قد اتى على البيت بما فيه، طاله الدمار والاحتراق كاملا، اما السياره فقد طالتها قذائف حارقه وبعد عده ايام امرنا جيش الاحتلال وامر سكان المنطقه بأكملها التي نزحنا اليها الى المغادره فورا فخرجنا ليلا ونحن بالالاف تحت قصف الطائرات والمدافع والدبابات وصراخ الاطفال والنساء الى منطقه ثالثه فمع النزوح الثالث لاحقتنا بعد ايام قذائف الدبابات والمدافع ونزحنا للمره الرابعه (وهنا بدأت معاناة جديدة ويالها من معاناة) نزحنا الى منطقه حددها جيش الاحتلال وادعى بانها امنه وفي كل مره كنا نرى بيوتا تسقط حولنا يقصفها الجيش فوق رؤوس ساكنيها وتشتعل الحرائق بالكامل فيها ويتناثر الحطام والشظايا في الانحاء وينتشر الرعب والهلع بين الناس واصبحت الاوضاع حرجة ولانعرف ماذا نفعل وهنا ادركنا معنى كلمة حرب. ومن هول الموقف خرجنا رافعين رايات بيضاء وسط قصف طيران حربي عشوائي عنيف وقدائف دبابات لاتتوقف حتى وصلنا نقطه تفتيش امامها الجيش في منطقه في منتصف قطاع غزه ومكثنا فيها وسط زحام وخوف وقلق وهلع من الساعه 10:00 صباحا وحتى 6:00 مساء وقوفا دون طعام او شراب في اجواء شتوية قارصة وتحت تهديد السلاح حيث سمحوا لكبار السن والنساء والاطفال بالعبور الى المنطقه الوسطى من القطاع سيرا على الاقدام ما يقارب 10 كيلو متر وقد منعوا مرور الحقائب وما نحمل من امتعه واعتقلوا بعض الشباب والرجال والشيوخ وجردوهم من ملابسهم واقتادوهم الى اماكن مجهوله وفقدنا حلي النساء وكل اموالنا في الحقائب وركبنا عربه يجرها حمار الى احد البيوت التي لا نعرفها ليلا حيث لا يوجد اي شي من موارد الحياة لا ماء ولا كهرباء ولا غذاء وفي الصباح غادرنا الى رفح حيث اقمنا هناك خيمه بسيطه جدا من الخشب والبلاستيك والنايلون ومكثنا حتى هذه اللحظه في ظروف معيشيه صعبه لا تصلح للحيوانات ولا للكائنات البشريه حيث غابت الخصوصيه تماما واختفت سلع كثيره من الاسواق وارتفعت الاسعار بشكل جنوني وداهمتنا الامراض المختلفه والاحوال النفسيه الصعبه حيث هاجمنا فصل الشتاء بالبرد والامطار والصقيع ونحن لا نملك غير ما علينا من ملابس بسيطه صيفيه ونحن وسط هذا كله اناس مسالمين لا حاجه لنا ولا مطلب سوى العيش بسلام وامان وقليل من الكرامه ويكون لدينا حق في تربيه وتعليم اطفالنا والعيش كما يعيش باقي البشر نحن الان لا نملك بيتا ولا سياره ولا ملابس ولا ادنى مقومات الحياه الاساسيه ولا بنى تحتية وليس لدينا مدارس او مستشفيات او جامعات بسبب قصفها بشكل كامل من الجانب الاسرائيلي، والتعليم متوقف تماما والحياه لا تليق ببني البشر

<div>وانا كأب لا اريد سوى الاستقرار والامان لعائلتي واريد ان يحصلوا على حقهم في التعليم واكمال مسيره العلم بالمناسبه ابني البكر قد تخرج من الثانويه العامه القسم العلمي بمعدل 97.3 وكان شغوفا للدراسه الجامعيه ولديه احلام عظيمه لكن بسبب الحرب فقد حقه في ذلك مثله مثل كثير من الطلاب في غزه فارجو ان تساعدونا ولا تحرموا اطفالنا من حقهم في الحياه نحن الان نعيش تحت رحمه الله فقط ثم مساعدتكم الكريمه لنا للوصول

<div>My parents, with their entire family, were displaced from Yavni and Yafa in 1948 and forced into the Gaza Strip during the Nakba.

<div>Now, we, with all the Palestinians in Gaza City, are experiencing yet another catastrophe and a worse scenario. In this mass killing, massive destruction, and displacement in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation has ordered Palestinians to evacuate several more areas as it widens its bombardment of the Gaza Strip.

<div>During these 180+ days, my parents, and me with my wife with our kids, and all our extended family, including their children, grandchildren, and cousins who have all lost their houses in the Alkarama neighborhood at the hands of Israel's devastating bombings.

<div>In the beginning, we were displaced forcibly and moved to Alnasser Street, the week they boomed our childhood home. Then, we were forced again to move to the Alzytoon neighborhood. we kept getting warnings to leave the areas, or we would be killed; we arrived at what we hoped to be our last destination in displacement, Rafah.
</div>
<div>Each time we were forced to move, we lost our money, a car, and mementos.
</div>
<div>Along with the loss of our homes, we have lost many of extended family members.
</div>
<div>Almost 90% of our immediate family have lost their homes completely.
</div>
<div>120+ members of my family are in one home because there is nowhere else for them to go now, or living in a simple tent like we do. I am keeping other details private because we fear the IOF will target them anytime and anywhere.. I hope you will help us and do not deprive our children of their right to live. We are now living under God’s mercy only, and then your generous help will allow us to reach a safe place. Thank you"
