Dear Friends
This past years we found ourselves in the midst of a medical crisis for Margret Sika ( my mother).Within the past few years, my mother was diagnosed with renal failure and she started dialysis in 2017. I am asking for funds to help pay for my mum’s dialysis . My mum is currently living in Zimbabwe . The cost of dialysis is equivalent to $70 US per session and it's recommended by her nephrologist that she receive treatment three times per week.
Mum’s blood count is at an all time low (Anemic) so mostly she have blood transfusions,on top of that she get iron injections that are all expensive ,doctors visits, medication along with dialysis has become a big financial strain on me and my family and she doesn’t have health insurance to assist because in Zimbabwe most medical insurance companies do not register new patients over the age of 65.
I have a newborn baby and l have not been able to work , my other siblings have not been able to help meet all the medical bills as they are too much .My mum‘s health is gradually deteriorating . Its not been easy watching my mum’s health deteriorate and not being able to do something . This is why I’m humbly and desperately seeking your help.
Please know I would not ask this of you if I had a choice.
Thank you for coming to this site and thank you for any help or assistance you can give.
With much love, Laetitia .
