A Home for the Holidays

My name is Nicole, and I want to start off by saying that I know this is cliche and I hate to ask for help. However, all I really want for Christmas this year is a place to enjoy the holidays with my little, broken family. I want it enough to swallow my pride and ask for outside help.
About a year ago, I left my husband and the toxic environment I was in with him. I don't really have a home. Especially not one where I can have my two boys with me even part-time. Because of this, I only get to see them a couple times a week for a few hours, when I used to be a stay-at-home-mom. I miss being mom. I miss putting my kids to sleep and cuddling with them, helping them with their homework, and making their lunches.
Now, I am a full-time student, while also working full-time. Despite this, no matter how much and how hard I've worked to save up to get a place where we can be together again, I just never have enough; and then something always comes up that uses even more of my hard-earned resources. I cannot get help from their dad or any of my family.
All I want is a home for me and my kids, my two boys. I want to be able to have a Christmas tree up and exchange presents and watch movies and snuggle with them where we can all be safe and warm and togther again.
