Leah's Marathon

This is my friend Leah and me. We have been good friends/sisters since college. Trust me, she has the stories to prove it. In April, Leah was diagnosed with colon cancer.  She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two young children. You can imagine what a blow this has been for them.  Leah is on her marathon journey towards recovery with regular treatments of chemotherapy.  Because I live so far from her I'm not able to help in those little ways like preparing food, babysitting the kids, going with her to chemo, etc.  So this is what I decided to do...
I'm running the Twin Cities Marathon Oct.1st, 2017 to help raise money for Leah and her family.  Your donation will help pay for medical expenses, airfare for friends and family, prepared meals, house keeping and other unexpected costs.  Healing takes a village.  Please be a part of Leah's recovery and donate what is in your heart.
