Fisher Family Cancer Journey
December 12th
Tap Cancer Out’s national grappling day
“One Day. One Partner. One Hour.
Rolling for a reason.”
This year, I am participating in this event with a peer from my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. The event will consist of 1 hour of rolling with no breaks to represent ones fight with cancer.
Recently, a dear friend of mine Dan Fisher, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma cancer. It’s effecting his lymph system, liver, and bone and he is undergoing immunotherapy treatment to fight the spread. He does have some medical coverage but there are always expenses that are not covered.
All proceeds will go directly to the fishers to help with with any expense.
Dan is married to his wonderful wife Melissa, they have 2 children, Jack, 7, and Sadie, 2. He also has been working at Evangel Chapel full-time as their Youth Pastor since 2008.
These are dear friends of mine, and I'm writing this on their behalf. If you would please consider donating any money donated will go directly to Dan Fisher’s medical bills.
