Emergency surgery

My brother is sick, and he needs to have a surgery done, he does not have insurance and he doesn't have the money to do it, this is sad and stressful, . He was scheduled a surgery but was refused service unless he had all the money upfront. he is not able to do the job he used to do before and with the money he makes, he is barely getting enough for his rent and bills
