Hello Veterans and Patriots.
My name is Scott Brendlinger I'm 29 years of age and spent 9 years of my life in the infantry. I want to take a moment to tell you about the foundation and the project I am working on in order to surprise the foundations founder.
About 5 years back I was introduced to the Fregoso Outdoor Foundation and was offered a chance to go on a hunt. I went pig hunting with the founder and a few other veterans. I had the best time in my life since returning home. I continued to stay in contact with the founder and over the years it has become a foundation that went from 12 veteran hunts a year to about 250+ a Year. I have reconnected with buddies from deployment and even get to see my friends who lost more than just piece of mind. The healing that is done is beyond words for the vets like myself. This organization is sustained through fundraising dinners and even money out of his own pocket to make sure that these hunts continue. For every dollar 100% is used. No one gets paid and no one scrapes the top. this is purely from the heart.
Now my idea in order to return the appreciation to the Fregoso family is to build a Handicap Accessible Hunting Rig. It will come complete with a hydraulic lift, roll cage, turret, and rifle and ammo racks. I will be installing all off road lights and suspension upgrades. All the work can be done by myself and a few other veteran friends around the town. What I need is help locating the money to buy the parts. I am on a hunt for an off road capability truck as we speak. It is the add-ons and customization that I need help funding. Now any unused funds after completion of the vehicle will be donated at the same time the truck is handed over. Which is May 23rd Memorial day and also the next fundraiser dinner that we are having.
