Brighton Marathon 2020 - Worthing Girls Rugby Club

After many runs ranging from 5k - 16k I decided to take the plunge and run my first marathon so on the 19th of April 2020 I will be running the Brighton Marathon.
Over the years I have run for many different charities however this year I have decided to run for the girls section at Worthing Rugby Club.
The funds raised from me running the Brighton Marathon will be used to further develop and promote the girls section at Worthing Rugby Club along with buying new equipment used for training sessions across all age groups.
Worthing Rugby Club (WRFC) has a long and proud history for promoting the sport of Rugby in the local area.
WRFC is proud to field a range of sections to reflect our community, this includes the Girls section which ranges from under 11 up to 18.
The Girls section forms a vital part of the club and has a history of producing players of an extremely high quality, including members who have gone on to play for both their County, Professional Teams and England.
It is the intent of the girls section, including Parents, Carers, Coaches, Players, Management and other significant associates to support the furtherance of Girls Rugby at WRFC.
