Amari TeamUSA for Worlds In Norway

Summary:
Last year, it was an ambitious dream to qualify and become a member of TeamUSA, competing at World’s. Today, that dream became reality. In one year, Amari has risen from Beginner to Advanced Twirl and X-Strut in Baton Twirling. This past year was full of dedication, time, and sacrifice to qualify for Nationals and Worlds. This has been a beautiful and challenging journey culminating in a tremendous outcome.  Amari will now represent the USA as part of TeamUSA going to Worlds in Lillehammer, Norway in March 2018. This requires additional Worlds training, costumes, equipment, supplemental training, supplies, and travel. At this juncture, we still need help to get her there.

***********************************************************
Amari began this chapter with the notice and support of her local community: Baton-twirler, 10, aims for world competition - San Diego Union TribuneWe're so proud that of the over 100 general TeamUSA members that Amari is among the only 3 from California! She is the only youth from Southern California. There is 1 additional youth from Northern California and 1 college twirler from Orange County going to Worlds. They all represent the elite of twirling who are now tasked with bringing home the Gold from Norway for TeamUSA. Such an honor and privilege!
We're so incredibly excited, honored and blessed for this momentous occasion and appreciate any contributions and sponsorship opportunity to get to Norway and bring home the Gold!
Now, Amari has an incredible opportunity to represent our country alongside the top athletes in the sport going for gold medal at the World Championships in Lillehammer, Norway at the end of March 2018.  We are honored, humbled, and psyched out of our minds. This journey is the work of so many people that have poured time and love into my sweet, talented daughter.  She fell in love with twirling at the age of 4 and continued to pursue it recreationally through her school and local YMCA. Last year, she stepped out into the competitive side of twirl where most of the youth have been competitively twirling since the age of 3!  It is a vastly different world that has solidified her passion for it. She can't wait to represent her country, teammates, family, and friends that have supported, loved, and encouraged her throughout this demanding, yet amazing process.

Unfortunately, qualifying does not equal provided funding needed to get to Norway. Like many of our TeamUSA athletes in Olympics, this little athlete needs your help getting to the finish line.   Besides TeamUSA warm up uniforms, everything is out of pocket. Right now, the projected costs (outlined below) total more than I can supply.  My goal, as a single parent was to get her to Nationals. She far exceeded my wish and hope for her.  With a recent abrupt change in our personal situation, we need help to get her there..

Normally, I am in the position of giving and sharing whenever and wherever I can. Right now, I must humble myself and seek help to make this dream a reality.
This is such a phenominal opportunity that I have to reach out on behalf of Amari and ask for support.  We would appreciate any support you're willing to give  for this Worlds journey -- whether it's monetary and/or prayers, or other support.  With France, Belgium, Norway, Canada, Italy, and more bringing their best, we need to ensure Amari is well prepared to out perform our international competition.  We’ve had to sacrifice additional training because it was cost prohibitive. With solid prep, Amari has a real shot at bringing home a medal (we're aiming for Gold) for USA! March is here now so no time to waste!
Thank you in advance for your support and we sincerely appreciate your generosity! Every dollar value counts, be it $5 or $500. We are thankful for your generous hearts.
Amari and Faith

It you know of anyone who loves to support rising talent representing our country, we'd really appreciate the share.  At ths juncture, we're grateful all the help we can get.
