Hi everyone, my dad Paul is attempting to beat the world record for resets in ice.

The aim is to achieve 1,000 resets to try and raise £1,000 for the Polar Bear Club. For those who are not aware the club has helped thousands overcome mental health and those in recovery through cold water therapy. This is more than just a physical challenge - it is a symbol of resilience and mental strength. Like so many do every day in silence, being able to push past boundaries and diving into discomfort allows you to come out stronger at the other end.

Current world record is 927 and British record is 618.

Any donation no matter the size, can help the Polar Bear Club continue with their wellness and recovery within the club which has already helped so many.

You can come along to watch on Monday the 15th at 7pm @ the Polar Bear Club - Crow Hill Road - opposite Ross Autos or watch on the PolarBearClub’s TikTok Live.

Thank you for being part of this challenge
