I am raising money to help fund my preparation and travel expenses for the Weightlifting World Championships . I qualified to represent Team South Africa at this event which will be hosted from the 28th of November 2017 – 5th of December 2017 .
I will be hosting a Sport Psychology Clinic the 4th of November at $25 where I will be doing a drawing of prizes from UR Supplements as well as Mckinleys Bakery lunch vouchers and 3 FREE lifestyle consults . Every $5 puts you in the draw to win one of these prizes and the winner will be announced on the 4th .
With the lifestyle consults up for grab , this entails a 30 min Call or face to face meet up where we will discuss your current goals as well as a run through of the sport psychology worksheets. .
