Young Liberians need completely free basic working skills to build a better life. We continuously create, modify, and update, working skills covering Liberia's cities, towns and rural villages.
It is difficult to find a job in Liberia one of Africa's poorest countries where jobs are always scarce, skills training is very limited, and for many unaffordable. Most young Liberian workers are farmers, self-employed or part-time, and can do better in Liberia's largely informal economy when they improve their practical working skills. To do this they need FREE training, useful resources, and constant encouragement. This is what we are trying very hard to do in 2025 and beyond.
Probably the most effective "tool" for basic skills training for young Liberians, is a free Android or Apple mobile phone app. Roughly 50% of Liberians have feature phones or smartphones, and an estimated 30% routinely access the Internet. OneLiberia.org provides working skills, mobile apps, ideas and tools, plus updated information, and resources; everything is completely FREE and easily accessible on mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
