Worker Comp & SSDI Denial Vet

Worker comp. stopped payments
I retired from my job in jun of 2018 and moved to Florida while waiting for my SSDi, after a year and half I was denied, appealed it, was denied, am now in the Hearing level , which my lawyer says could take up to two years.
I went back to work cause I used all my retirement money to survive for first year..
Worked 6 weeks and injured my back ( reason for applying for disability )
In intensive care for 4 days , hospital for 5 more. 7/12-7/20 2019
Put on antibiotics for 10 weeks.
Off antibiotics one day then back in hospital for an other 7 days.
Workers Comp stopped paying me and my bills, saying injury was not work related.
Am still seeing Doctors about my Numb foot (from accident)
I am Starting early retirement for Ssi in Dec. , but first payment won’t be till 2nd week in feb.
My Lawyers are fighting for both my Workers Comp and SSDI, but this may take years.
No one will hire me cause of work restrictions (till end of Dec. 2019), and back problems
My bills are stacking up and don’t want to end up homeless, I am caring for my 12 year old grandson
By the middle of Dec. I will be $4000.00 behind.
Everything will be fine in Feb. when I get SSI., but till then I just keep on going in the RED.
Thank You
