Worcester Tech Football Program

We are the Worcester Tech Eagles football program. We represent Worcester Technical High School in Worcester Massachusetts. We are set in the 2nd largest city in Massachusetts. So we are a city school made up of players from all social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. Being a city program presents many challenges that most suburban schools/programs are not faced with. We don't have a parent/community based booster club to help raise funds for our program. There are 6 public high schools in the city of Worcester. So the school district is limited to how much financial assistance they can lend to sports teams or clubs. 

With Covid 19 comes many more challenges for our program. New guidelines and protocols call for modifications to existing equipment and purchasing of PPE. This is in addition to the normal costs we as a program are faced with. All of our fundraising comes from our coaches and players. This has been completely halted due to the pandemic and the restrictions we are all faced with. Our normal fundraisers have been cancelled. We need to raise money in order to be compliant with state guidelines for return to play. This is our attempt to raise money while following all state and school restrictions on in person activities.
