Woods and Park Fund

The Woods and Park in Dunmore East were left in trust to the people of Dunmore East and the general public for recreational use. They are over one hundred years old in parts and as the years have passed and upkeep and maintenance have been an expensive drain on funds and also with rising insurance costs, the trustees are struggling to meet overheads. As the access and use of both woodland and park are free, the Trust is appealing to the public for any contributions big or small, once or often, to assure that these beautiful and priceless facilities can continue to be enjoyed in the years ahead.
