The Woodmoor Porchfest, or Woodmoorstock as we're calling it, is finally going to happen this year on Saturday, June 11. It's going to be a great day of fun with awesome local bands taking various stages on front porches, stoops or lawns throughout the neighborhood. But Woodmoorstock will be even better if we can all contribute to the cause. The money we raise will help us to hire a few good local musical acts to complement the many even more local musical acts that will be donating their talents for our listening pleasure. We will also use the funds raised to print promotional flyers to recruit musical acts and patrons and eventually print fun maps to help them find their way to the various stages at the right times. Lastly, we plan to use funds raised to rent and strategically place some portable potties near stages -- after all who wants to run home in the middle of a great set to use the batroom?! 100 percent of your donation (after gofundme fees) will go to putting on this can't miss event and starting another great Woodmoor tradition.
