Wooden sandbox in the internal courtyard

Hi, some neighbors with kids of Canal 68 proposed to build a sandbox in the courtyard of the building. We think spending quality time with our kids in the courtyard will be great. Karl, from building E2 (he designs bridges and now sandbox projects :D), has designed and analyzed the costs of a sandbox to be placed under the central tree (where today there are stones). The project will be funded and constructed by those neighbors with kids that freely would like to support the project.
