Wonnekar House Fund

Vero Wonnekar is a widowed mother without a home for her family. The funds will all be used to make this house a home for Vero and her four children.
Vero's late husband, Emmanuel Wonnekar, began this house in Monrovia, Liberia, just before his sickness that led to his death in July 2015. Vero and her children have lived with relatives because they do not have the means to buy a home or to finish this house.
A contractor has provided a written estimate and plan to finish this project. The house includes a room for sewing garments to sell, which is a means of earning money for Vero.
Rita and Merle have been friends with the Wonnekars since meeting the family in Liberia in 2010. We personally have many contacts in this city, and can verify that the project is a critical need. Every dollar will be used to make this house a livable home.
This project is ready to begin immediately.
