African Women Council Inc (AWC) is seeking your support to fund the construction of a 20,000+ square foot incubation and cultural center in North Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo. This center will serve as the hub of the community to formally establish and grow their businesses. The Center will be an environment that promotes sustainable business practices, creates opportunities for collaboration, and celebrates local entrepreneurs’ tenacity and drive to strengthen their community. The Center will also serve as a community gathering space to celebrate and preserve traditions.

We are seeking your support for pre-construction activities. This includes engineering and land surveys, post-COVID needs assessment and securing permits and licensing. We are very excited to continue the work and thank you in advance for your support.
