The foundation dedicates a large part of its effort to training poor women to develop their skills, training them in the technical area of home appliance repair, which allows not only economic support but also the development of families and their environment .
These courses train women to be able to provide them with economic independence and specialized subsistence capacity whose economic return allows them to progress and reduce the gender gap.
WHO WE ARE GOING TO SUPPORT
The foundation's efforts are found in Central and South American countries, with a special focus on the social and economic situation of indigenous and low-income women in peri-urban areas.
HOW WE WILL SUPPORT THEM
It has been shown that education allows us to get out of poverty conditions in all countries of the world, with this premise we want to support women through their own initiatives or undertakings and at their request they will be trained at a technical level in repair skills. home appliances.
DESTINATION OF FUNDS
To train a person in technical skills for the repair of electrical appliances, a high investment is needed depending on each course they take and in which specific equipment they specialize, which is why the foundation approximates an expense of 350 EUROS (425 USD) per impacted student.
Our goal is to impact a THOUSAND WOMEN in a period of 3 months.
THE TRAINED WOMEN will demonstrate through photographic and documentary material their gratitude to the donors through the foundation, which will send each and every one of the donors a report on the evaluation of the project.
