Hey everyone,

Hi, we’re Uri, Bill, and Firdhaus, and we’re currently volunteering with an inspiring organization in Arusha called WOEYCHISU.

WOEYCHISU is committed to creating meaningful job opportunities for women in education—empowering them to step confidently into the world, explore their potential, and inspire the next generation.

At the same time, WOEYCHISU opens the doors of learning to children from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering them access to quality education and a safe space to grow, play, and dream.

Their vision is simple but powerful: every child deserves a good education and the chance to discover who they are.

At the academy, the passionate teachers and the dedicated chairman, Sadaki, provide not just education—but also food, care, and learning materials for children who need it most. Since WOEYCHISU is still a young organization (founded just three years ago), there are many pressing needs:

A refrigerator to safely store food

A school bus to pick up the little ones

Educational and play materials for growing minds

Sadaki has already opened two daycares—and now he’s working towards purchasing land to expand further. With more space, more women can teach, and more children can learn in a safe and nurturing environment.

But this dream can’t become a reality without support. That’s where you come in.
