My brother, Angelo Torrez, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Angelo was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend. Angelo is remembered as a good man with a big heart. He is now gloriously free, walking and running with the Lord in Heaven and holding hands with our Abuelita. Though he will be greatly missed by myself and countless others, he will rest high on that mountain, for his work on earth is done.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial burdens. My siblings and I are trying to raise money for Angelo and his daughter to help with any costs that will incur. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide. We also encourage everyone to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.

When tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand.

An Angel came and called my name, and took me by the hand.

The Angel said my place is ready, in Heaven far above.

And that I'd have to leave behind all those I dearly love.

But when I walked through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home.

For God looked down, smiled at me, and told me "WELCOME HOME!"

So when tomorrow starts without me, don't think we're far apart.
