Six year old rape survivor needs your help

In 2018, 4 year old WCW was raped  by her adult (paternal) uncle who's currently in prison for his crime. WCW is from Sierra Leone, West Africa. The president of Sierra Leone declared a state of emergency after the rape which left WCW paralyzed (now has scoliosis) as well as left her with urinary and bowel incontinence.  WCW has had 2 surgeries but needs additional surgeries and extensive rehabilitation. Thanks to SHRINERS Children's Hospital , WCW will get the surgeries she so desperately needs. Although Shriners is not charging a fee for these surgeries,  WCW is in need of financial assistance which will be used to purchase her and her mum's airfare, pay their visa application fees, pay for therapy, and help with lodging in PA when WCW is discharged from Shriners before finally coming home to us in Virginia. We understand that many of us have been impacted by the pandemic. We are however optimistic that those who can spare any amount will donate to help give WCW (now 6 years of age) a life free of pain. Even though she is plagued with nightmares, WCW is the bravest, most brilliant girl I've had the honour of knowing, who has this sweet habit of stealing the hearts of all she meets.
