Help us with my mother's funeral

Hello to all family and friends,
On Tuesday July 11, 2017 our family lost Willie Wright to her long battle with dementia (alzheimer's). I thank you all for your well wishes and condolences during this very difficult time. As many of you already know, my mother was known and loved by many throughout her life in Mississippi, California and Georgia. As you may also know, I live with my partner and our own 2 children in Australia. We have no way of affording the cost to travel half way around the world and pay for a funeral.
We are asking for funding donations in order to cover the following costs:
1. Flights to the USA - Our passports and visas are all validated and we are ready to go. We found bargins on our plane tickets at the best deal possible on skyscanner. The cost of the plane tickets for the 4 of us is $3500 (USD).
2. Accommodation in California - We need travel/accomodation while attending the funeral service in California. We will be in the LA/OC region from 17/8 to 23/8. I'm hoping that you can assist us with an addidtional $2500 (USD) to cover these cost.
3. Funeral Costs - The balance of the funds would go to her funeral costs in order to help relieve the financial burden off my father and other family members. He's 78 and has very little savings. I can't stand the idea of him being alone AND in debt.
I realize that this is a lot to ask. Anyone who has lost a parent or loved one knows that there is never a good time for something like this to happen. Our situation is no better.
My mother's funeral service in California is on Saturday Aug. 19th. We will continue the funding campaign until Aug. 23rd in hopes to reach our goal.
