Trying to keep my home

I'm currently going thru a divorce and about to lose my home which will put me in a position to lose my children.  My only goal is to keep a roof over my children's heads. Because of the fees I've encountered in court and the debt my exhusband left my family in, I'm struggling right now. Agencies in the area will not help me because I'm about $100 over the income guidelines for emergency rent assistance. They've suggested that I take off time at work unpaid to qualify...... that isn't an option for me.
