Funeral costs

My name is Stephanie Briggs, my father, Charles Miller A retired army veteran. He was in the 82 airborne. He was diagnosed two years ago with advanced Prostate cancer. Over the past two years his cancer has spread throughout his entire body. As of December 26 my father was admitted to Penobscot Valley Hospital with confusion and extreme pain. At first they were under the impression he had an infection somewhere in his body, until he was transported to the VA in Augusta. Once there we found out  that he has a brain tumor almost as large as his brain. He is now paralyzed from the chest down due to spinal cord issues. The doctors have informed our family that he has less than two weeks left with us. Because of this sudden decline in his health my mother and father have a very low income right now as it is. With the medical bills he has acquired since all of the hospital bills and the funeral costs, my mother will not have the money to pay the bills and funeral costs. My brother Cj and myself have set this up to help financially with the hard time our family is going through. It is hard enough to deal with loss, but its even harder for my brother and I to help with the expenses in these troubling times.  I thank you for reading this and we greatly appreciate anything and everything you have to offer.
