Our hero of hope, Helene Neville (One On The Run), has been diagnosed with T-Cell/histiocyte rich large B-cell lymphoma. This is a rare and aggressive stage four cancer that has metastasized to her liver and spleen.
Helene is currently in the care of a skilled oncology team. She is hospitalized for several days while she receives her chemotherapy treatments because of the amount of tumor cells in her bone marrow.
Helene is a mother, a grandmother, a sister and a friend to many near and far. She is a nurse, a record setting runner, a humanitarian, an author, and an inspirational speaker.
You’d never know how sick she is. She smiles and inspires through it all despite her suffering. One of the many things Helene has taught us is to “RETHINK IMPOSSIBLE” despite all odds.
The cost of fighting a rare cancer is astronomical. Your generous support will help lighten the load of the financial repercussions and cancer related expenses.
For the unforeseeable future, Helene will be out of work. She is now fighting for her life.
Our goal is to make sure this woman who ran across every state in the USA, to foster unity and peace, and also ran to the front lines to help during the Covid-19 nursing shortage, has what she needs now and going forward.
