Medical Help for Dallas Anderson

Hello friends.... Dallas Anderson has been working for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) for over fifteen years and has traveled to 54 Countries sharing the Gospel.  On January 2nd, Dallas’ position at BGEA was eliminated, along with several others. Late that afternoon, after not feeling well for two days, Dallas had a severe heart attack.  Leslie rushed him to St. Luke's in Nampa where they were able to stabilize him with several medications and take several tests, which revealed that he had plaque in all of his arteries, but the one that was giving him the most trouble was at 80% capacity.  The following morning, on the 3rd, Dallas went into surgery where they went in through a vein in his wrist up to his heart to put a stent into the artery causing trouble. Due to Dallas' anatomy, the artery had several 180 turns, and to put a stent in it would have torn up the artery, so the doctor backed out of the vein and ended the surgery.  As soon as Dallas came out of surgery he began having chest pains again and had to take nitroglycerin again to stop the symptoms of another heart attack from occurring.  Dallas' cardiologist states that he is "at high-risk for another heart attack," but wants to "progressively treat it with medication" first before jumping to bypass surgery, although that is not off the table.  
Dallas and Leslie have a special-needs adult son who lives at home with them and two children, Isabella, 12, and Elijah, 10, who still live at home and attend Greenleaf Friends Academy.  While Dallas' insurance through BGEA does not end until the end of January, at which point he will be eligible for Cobra, because BGEA's offices are located in North Carolina and he lives in Idaho, his insurance coverage and co-pays are high as he is "out of network".   Thus, there are many expenses over the last few days in and at the hospital that his insurance will not pay or will only pay a small percentage of, including his surgery, his surgeon's fee, the specialty team called in to work on him, and more.
