With Her: Ending Violence Against Women

In May 2019, Jasmine Lovett and her daughter, Aliyah Sanderson, were murdered. Shortly thereafter, the man responsible was arrested and charged with double homicide. In honour of Jasmine and Aliyah, we pledge to educate Albertans on how to identify and end violence against women.

Please join us for our fundraising event, WITH HER. Taking place on Friday evening, November 15, 2019 at Ross Glen Hall at Mount Royal University. This event is intended to raise both funds and awareness of the ongoing rampant violence against women. Net proceeds will go towards Homefront, Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter, and Nadia’s Hope to help fund their efforts to end violence against women through education and ongoing support. This powerful evening’s agenda will include a panel of global experts speaking on the importance of protecting our women and girls against violence, including the early warning signs of dangerous boyfriends.
