This is my wonderful brother and his family. A super storm went through town, and even though they're on a hill, their basement was FLOODED!
This is a TRIPLE hit $financially$ as they had a friend renting their basement. So, in addition to the lost rental income, they have the $2000 expense of the clean-up, along with the cost of replacing all the damaged belongings.
