Harper Winter Storm Disaster 2021

Tax deductible
The Winter Storm in February caused great destruction in Harper and surrounding areas.  Harper is an unincorporated rural community of about 10,000.  Our town was without power and water for 7 days.  Families struggled for warmth.  Drinking water was hard to come by. Ranchers fought to keep livestock alive.  The ice caused trees to fall and power poles to break in half.  Even as the snow and ice begin to melt, many still do not have power or water.  The cleanup will take weeks to months.
