Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

I cannot believe i am writing this but I reaching out to you in a moment of profound need and vulnerability. Our beloved dachshund, Winnie , has been diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) at the age of just 3 years old, and urgently requires spinal surgery. We woke up this morning to find out she suddenly couldn't walk which is heartbreaking for us and the boys. People that know Winnie is the sweetest little thing with a great personality.
The estimated cost for this life-saving procedure is £9000, a sum that is overwhelming for our family at this time and doesn’t cover with our insurance.

Winnies more than just a pet; she is a cherished member of our family bringing joy and unconditional love into our lives every day, she’s also a soulmate to her sister Binky, who doesn’t understand and loves her unconditionally. Her playful spirit and boundless energy have brightened our darkest days, and now she needs us more than ever.

Our insurance will only cover £2000 of the surgery costs, leaving us with a significant gap that we simply cannot fill on our own.

The thought of losing Winnie is heartbreaking. I didn’t think i could ever feel hurt like this she reminds me so much of my little Gizmo in many ways
We are desperate to give her the chance to run, play, and live a pain-free life once again. This is why we are turning to you for help.

Every little bit helps. Whether it's £5, £50, or simply sharing our story with others, your generosity can make a world of difference. We are eternally grateful for any support you can provide.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read our story and for any assistance you can offer. As many of you know, Winnie means the world to us, and with your help, we hope to give her the life she deserves.

With deepest gratitude,

The Bells xxxx
