Winnie needs ACL surgery ASAP

On Saturday 2/10/2018 my daughter Angela's 7 month old puppy Winnie had her ACL torn and a slight fracture on her left rear leg.   She was playing in dog park with a larger dog, that while friendly, didn't realize it's size and inadvertently injured poor Winnie.  Sadly, the picture you see was taken earlier that day and was the first time she was able to play since she just recovered from being spayed.
The reconstructive procedure will cost between $3800-$4000.  The funds will be for badly needed ACL surgery and to repair the plate fracture that also occurred.  My daughter just relocated to the Denver area and is just starting her career after college.  This is a devastating blow emotionally as well as financially.
The vet says she needs to have the surgery within the next 10 days.
Winnie is my daughter's world right now.  After a recent breakup,  and alone in a new city, Winnie has been one of the few positive notes in Angela's life.  This is an unexpected blow when things where starting to look better.
Please help Angela and Winnie get through this tragic injury.  Angela and Winnie have a long road of recovery together and it would be wonderful if they could focus on the healing and not on the tremendous financial burden.  I would be very grateful for anything you can do and please share as much as you can.
